Dr George Brown, Director of HigherEd Consulting has been invited by the ICAC Commissioner, the Hon Jerrold Cripps QC to speak at the inaugural Australian Public Sector Anti-Corruption (APSAC) Conference to be held in Sydney on 23-26 October 2007. The conference is being held by the New South Wales Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), the Queensland Crime and Misconduct Commission (CMC) and the Western Australia Corruption and Crime Commission (CCC). The conference will be a high profile event with a range of speakers from both academia and the Australian public sector. Other speakers being approached include the former Prime Minister Mr Paul Keating, the Hon. Terence Cole (Commissioner for the AWB Inquiry) and Justice Spigelman, NSW Chief Justice. |
